Welcome Padawans of the Galaxy! In this fun, self paced course, we will train to be true Jedi Knights. Each class we will learn a new aspect of becoming a Jedi, and after a few short classes you will have what it takes to be a Jedi Knight. This class is aimed for "tots” (3-7). These classes are based off of my current popular Star Wars classes, but are a little shorter and easier to follow along for younger learners. The flexible schedule option allows you to participate throughout the given week at your convenience. The classroom: Each week your learner will receive a fun and interactive instructional lesson where we will workout together or train together. Each week your learner will also have a Jedi task to complete and upload to the Outschool classroom. You can do this by submitting a response via video, photo, responding to prompts, or attaching the files requested. Force Training
We will learn about the Force and use it in a workout to test the powers we possess in a 20 minute workout. Bring water and dress up if you would like. Make sure to have plenty of space to move around. レッスン 2:

We will learn the parts of a lightsaber, how to hold it, and how to pose, as well as a few simple tricks. Bring water and have plenty of space to swing a saber. レッスン 3:
Lightsaber Cardio
We will talk about some of our favorite characters and recreate some lightsaber moves based off of those characters in cardio-fitness fashion. This is a cardio class so bring water. レッスン 4:
Sith Training
Learn the ways of the dark side through a quick HIIT class. Feel free to dress up as your favorite Star Wars villain and join me and I will complete your training. その他の情報
