This class is for learners who have the beginning reading skills down but who need practice with vocabulary, fluency and comprehension. Foundational skills are taught in K-3rd but often students miss the instruction and practice they need in the next steps. I hold a BA in Administration as well as an ESL certification. I have also completed more than 120 hours of professional development in the Science of Reading. I have been teaching young learners to read for more than 18 years.
