Is your child a struggling reader or just needing some brush up? This is the class for you. This is a review for students needing to strengthen their skills in reading and writing words with short vowels. We will be reviewing phonics/sounds of letters, fluency/connecting letter sounds, vocabulary/new words and writing. Students will need the following supplies: small white board, 1 white board marker, white board eraser (a sock works), 1 pencil with eraser, five 3 X 5 cards, 1 sentence strips or paper that an adult has "cut" into 11 X 3 inch strips, Child proof scissors, and 8 slide-lock baggies.
