In this short class about the states of the United States we will quickly learn the state names and capitals. Each student will make flashcards to practice the capitals as well as fill out a map as we go. We will also share some fun facts about the states. We will spend about 5 minutes per state. Day 1: Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas California Colorado Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Hawaii Idaho Day 2: Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Minnesota Mississippi Missouri Day 3: Montana Nebraska Nevada New Hampshire New Jersey New Mexico New York North Carolina North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma Oregon Pennsylvania Day 4: Rhode Island South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Texas Utah Vermont Virginia Washington West Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming
