ELLIE KAZMIEROWICZ
I’m Ellie, a tutor with over 8 years teaching and tutoring experience. I began by developing my own curriculum to teach piano and voice lessons, then expanded into private tutoring for Spanish and Writing. While pursuing my degree in Global Studies and Spanish & Portuguese at UC Berkeley, I started tutoring advanced subjects, including SAT and AP Exam preparation.
I've worked with two professional tutoring organizations where I mentored elementary and middle school students in their homes as well as where I currently instruct students online in SAT prep, AP Spanish, AP English, and AP History. Additionally, as an Assistant Camp Manager for, I gained valuable experience managing large classrooms and catering to neurodivergent children.
My teaching philosophy centers on adapting to each student’s unique needs to create a positive, dynamic learning environment. I find it incredibly rewarding to witness students achieve new levels of success and gain confidence in their abilities. Beyond helping my students excel in their courses, I aim to equip them with lifelong skills in studying, time management, and self-directed learning.
