In this class, learners will be taught the crucial skills needed to confidently grow public speaking skills such as:

 -Body language
 -Eye contact
 -Clear speaking
 -Coherence and Clarity
 -Speech writing skills
 -Essay writing skills

My class is structured in a way which allows students personal time to write, refine, and produce well written presentations and speeches weekly. It is recommended that you schedule at least one session a week for three weeks, so that your student will have the ability to grow and to improve their skills and abilities. 
My teaching style is active and engaging. This means that students will not sit through boring lectures, or just listen to me talk the entire time. Rather, students will participate in providing ideas, writing speeches, and drills like "pen drills" where they have to say a tongue twister while holding a pen in their mouth. Drills such as this encourage coherence and fluid tone. Each lesson will allow the student to develop and grow their skills with the ultimate goal being that the student is able to be confident in themselves and give excellent speeches.
