Students will be taught:
+ proper posture, finger numbers
+ how to read sheet music in bass and treble clefs 
+ how to play and read basic and complex rhythms 
+ how to play scales, chords, and arpeggios 
+ music history: bringing the music to life!
+ music theory: why we do what we do!  
+ to play their favourite songs!

I am a classically trained pianist, with an advanced level of expertise in music theory and music history and over a decade of teaching experience

I will assign homework that will reinforce the concepts we review in class. If necessary I will also send notes about what the student should practice between lessons.
