In this private tutoring session, students will arrive with homework that they need help on. Students may come and going during these sessions. ***Please email photos to me prior to class beginning so that I have a chance to look at the problems and can be prepared. I enjoy using all learning modalities since all learners learn differently. If you do not, I will assess your child and give them problems to work through with me during class. 
My class is structured in a laid-back environment, lots of encouragement, positivity, and celebrating successes! Math CAN BE FUN! I enjoy showing students just how much fun math can be. I will use some props, sing silly songs at times to help learners remember concepts, and enjoy seeing students succeed. 
I have over 10 years of math teaching experience. I have been a private math tutor for 11 years and have taught 5-8th grade math as well as k-6 general education. All that I ask is that you come to class prepared and ready to be successful!
