Once playing ability level is determined, teacher and students will decide on the short-term and long-term goal of the lessons. This can include, but is not limited to, beginning steps of getting started on the instrument to playing specific pieces/songs. Lessons are meant to strengthen, correct, and/or introduce different skills and abilities.
