In this 4 Private Dance Lesson with Erin, the student will work through a warm-up, stretch, and different technique exercises. The Dancer picks one of the following styles: - Jazz - Contemporary - Ballet - Hip Hop - Improvisation - Choreography Creation Erin will personalize the private lesson depending on experience level, age, and style request of the dancer! Erin will provide feedback and tips throughout the duration of the class. This class is open to all ages and experience level. Dance requires physical participation, therefore, please make sure your child has an open workout space, slip-proof socks or bare feet, a water bottle near by, and activewear type clothing. Since I am not physically present in the room with the dancers, injuries from moving around are possible if not properly supervised by an adult.
受講に必要なもの
Wear clothes you can move and groove in! Socks, jazz shoes, or gym shoes are all welcome. For your safety, make sure you are using no-slip socks and on a floor that has grip for your feet. We will be moving around on one leg and turning, so please have a safe space with room to move your arms and legs.
