In these 1-on-1 tutoring sessions, I will work with your child to address their specific academic needs. Whether they need support in literacy, math, science, or social studies, I am here to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

The topics covered in our sessions will be tailored to your child's individual needs. Below are just a few examples of some of the skills we can focus on:

⭐Literacy: reading comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, phonics, writing, etc.
⭐Math: addition and subtraction, fractions, word problems, geometry, etc.
⭐Science: scientific method, observations and data, scientific laws, etc.
⭐Social Studies: global awareness, historical understanding, geography, etc.

My tutoring sessions with your child will be structured to maximize their engagement and progress toward their goals. Before we begin, we'll chat to discuss what subject you would like me to focus on with your child. During that chat we will discuss your child's academic challenges, current academic level, and goals. If we cannot connect beforehand, the first session will be dedicated to this discussion. Based on our discussion, I'll create personalized  lesson plans aligned with your child's needs and goals. Each session will include a mix of direct instruction as well as practice activities. Toward the end of each session, I will do a check-in to assess progress and adjust the plan as needed for upcoming sessions.
