Every dish in this class will be those found on the chefkendad.info website. It is there that you will find out which entre we will be making for the current week, as well as a complete ingredients list.
All SMALL HUMANS will learn proper techniques of knife safety, oven safety, food preparation and storage safety, as well as cooking theories and procedures.
We will learn, together, through humor, trust, and simply a lot of fun. I truly believe:

BUT, COOKING IS ART.
We will learn the ancient and protected practice of BLURBLE cooking, the art of proper communication, the need for improvisation and substitution, and, above all else, THE NUMBER ONE RULE IN ALL OF COOKING, and that is to always学習到達目標

For the sake of social anxiety sufferers and those on the spectrum, this class is guaranteed to always be PRIVATE, and there is NEVER pressure to meet deadlines. The only goal here is to have fun, and do our best, in PRIVATE.

There should be AB-SO-LUTE-LY NOTHING scary or unsettling about this class. HOWEVER (There is ALWAYS a HOWEVER), in circumstances requiring heavy lifting, or situations of high heat transporting, LARGE HUMANS (Minions) will be asked to be available to assist.
IF YOU HAVE AN ALLEERGY TO ANY LISTED INGREDIENT, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT INGREDIENT.
Instead, we will find an appropriate substitution.
ADDITIONALLY: As it is with any cooking class, we will be using ovens, stoves, microwaves, and knives. THEREFORE: Each student is required to take my PREREQUISITE class to reduce any possibility of accidental injury.

I have tutored mathematics, engineering, English, Reading Recovery, aaaaaannnnnnnd there is another subject that I just cannot remember at this time.
