This class is designed for dancers who are preparing to transition to pointe work. Through a targeted blend of strength training, flexibility exercises, and ballet-specific conditioning, students will focus on building the foundational strength and alignment needed for safe and successful pointe work. Emphasis is placed on foot and ankle strength, core stability, and proper alignment of the legs and body. Students will also engage in exercises that enhance balance, turnout, and overall body awareness. This class is ideal for dancers aiming to build the physical strength and technique required for pointe work, or for those recently promoted to pointe who may need extra support in specific areas.


In this week-long camp, will cover the following each day:

- Group Warmup
- Group Strength and Alignment Exercises
- Individual Drills (based on each student's needs)
- Group Stretch and Flexibility Exercises

Take just one week or multiple weeks this summer!

Parents are responsible for the safety of their student/s. A space of at least 4 feet by 4 feet must be clear of any trip hazards or dangerous objects. 受講の前提条件
A minimum of 3 years of formal ballet training required. Enrollment in a minimum of 2 hours of intermediate ballet per week recommended for best results in your pre-pointe journey.
