In this ongoing social club each learner will share a current book they are reading or a book they have read. If it is a book they are currently reading it is helpful if they are halfway through so they can successfully do the three main parts of book talk. We will start class with a mini lesson on book talk. We will then have independent work time and will share our books! As the teacher I will guide the class to have a positive discussion and will keep a running list of the books recommend. I will post these to the classroom page at the end of each class. Muting Policy Students do not have to be muted. If there is background noise that is a distraction I will let the learner know and will mute and they can be unmuted when they would like to speak.

Welcome to my classroom! My name is Jessica, my students call me, Ms. Jessica. I have been an online educator for over three years. I received my B.S in Management and Leadership in 2016 and then moved onto my master's program to receive my Masters of Arts in Teaching for Special Education. In 2020 with a semester and left and my student teaching I decided to stay home and homeschool my own kiddos! I have a boy with Down syndrome and another little boy. My special education background allows me to customize my classes and adapt to any learner. When I am not teaching I enjoy taking our family dog on walks, spending time in nature, reading books of all kind, watching history documentaries, cooking, and spending time with my family.レビュー
