In future weeks, the ingredients can be found at the top of the classroom. Essential Equipment for ALL Recipes: Mixing bowls Measuring cups and spoons Spatula or spoon Cutting board and knife Cups or jars Baking dishes Parchment paper, foil and/or plastic wrap
During our cooking class, please be aware that using knives to cut ingredients may require parental supervision for younger children. Mixing and stirring should be done on a stable surface to prevent spills. Assistance may also be needed when handling items. Please note potential allergens in our recipes. Substitutes can be used as needed. If you have concerns or need help with ingredient substitutions, please contact me. Supervision is recommended to provide an enjoyable experience.
