Join me for another fun game of "Say This Not That". In this class, students will learn about negative and positive self-talk. We will work together to replace unkind words with kind words, and throw that negative self-talk away. Students will practice affirmations, and understand that being kind to people means being kind to self. Students will have many opportunities to talk and share during class. Get ready to giggle. Class Format: Intros/Warm-up (we get silly) Discussion: Positive/Negative Self Talk Game: Say This Not That Application Wrap-up/Goodbye
