北極のヨガ アドベンチャーにぜひご参加ください。この冬をテーマにしたヨガ クラスでは、ヨガのレベルを問わず、子どもたちがホッキョクグマ、トナカイ、そしてたくさんの雪を使った楽しいストーリーを演じるのが大好きなはずです。

Let's have fun and play while doing yoga! Kids will go on a yogic journey to the Arctic as they meet a friendly polar bear and other animal friends, with poses and story inspired by a yoga lesson plan by Cosmic Kids Yoga. The teacher will help students who are having trouble with any of the poses and will provide lots of encouragement and opportunities for interaction. We will also sing yoga songs and, if time permits, we will play a game related to the story. After the class, the teacher will send out yoga coloring pages for children to complete on their own if they would like. No worries if kids have trouble paying attention - my teaching style is very understanding and it's no trouble if kids need to take a break!

Safety is a top priority. Please ensure students are adequately supervised to avoid injury. Please make sure to have children wear comfortable clothing, knowing that we will be bending down for some of the poses. A yoga mat is helpful but not necessary as long as there is a clean and comfortable floor space (such as a clean rug or towel) to practice on. Make sure to have lots of space available and to have a water bottle nearby so learners can stay hydrated.
