What Will be Taught? Learners will be taught the Basics of Life Sciences: Heredity, Natural Selection, Evolution, Living things and their Environments, Plants Structures, The Process of Photosynthesis, Transpiration, and Reproduction, Roots and Shoots, and Life Cycles related to plants and animals. What topics will be taught? I will teach learners: Class 1: The Processes of Heredity and Natural Selection, Class 2: The Scientific Theory of Evolution. Class 3: The Interdependence of Living Things with each other and with their Environment. Class 4: Plants Structures (Roots and Shoots), and The Process of Photosynthesis and Vegetative Reproduction, Responses of Plants to Various Stimuli Class 5: Transpiration, Plant Metabolism , Class 6:Vegetative Reproduction and Plant Propagation. Class 7: Responses of Plants to Various Stimuli Class 8: Life cycles and predictable ways plants and animals change as they grow, develop and age. How is class structured? In order to uphold standards from the Pokémon League, class management will be structured around respect for others choice of animal or Pokémon. Expectations for questions is to raise their hand clicking the “Raise Hand” icon How will I teach? I will teach with the 5-e model to: Engage my learners with a lecture presentation through discussion on group chat and call on. Explore a video clip. Explain basic Life Science Concepts with words or illustrations. Elaborate key terms to understand basic Life Science Concepts. Extend our knowledge of Life Science Concepts to Pokémon with a ‘question & answer’ game. For One on One would be flat price of $210.00
