Does your child like to write or need a creative outlet? If so, this ongoing fun creative writing class is a perfect fit for your child! In this class your student will get the opportunity to write about their favorite Pokémon character in a guided writing class format (similar to mad libs)! They will do this by practicing writing complete sentences and utilizing proper grammar and punctuation all while having fun! 

This class will be a mixture of using sentence starters, "mad lib" writing, writing on specific topics and much more. If we write in a story style format, I will ask the students to read their writing if they feel comfortable to do so. My goal of the outcome of this class for your student is for students to learn and have a firmer foundation of various parts of speech, gain more confidence in their writing while they practice/grow their writing, grammar, handwriting, and spelling skills.

My goal is to have the students learn while writing and talking about something they enjoy! Your student will need lined paper to write on, a pencil, and coloring materials for drawing (utensils and paper).
