This is a Pilates mat class focused on muscles and techniques to improve posture. In this fitness class learners will work on core strength, alignment and breathing techniques. Students will need a mat in an open space where they can comfortably be on the ground and exercise, a water bottle to stay hydrated is always helpful also.
