ピアノレッスン - あらゆるレベルの方を歓迎します!

In this ongoing class, learners will receive one-on-one instruction from a professional classical pianist. Lessons are custom-tailored to each individual student, so everyone from beginner through advanced is welcome! Classes will focus on developing the following skills:

- effective and healthy piano technique
- music theory
- sight-reading
- artistry and expression
- effective practice methods
- memorization

Over time, students will learn to become their own best teachers, gaining the tools necessary to keep growing as musicians for the rest of their lives. Lessons are designed to help students gain self-confidence and problem-solving skills that will serve them well in other academic areas and beyond the classroom.

Consistent practice between lessons is key to progressing as a musician, so students will need to have a piano or keyboard at home. Books or other materials may be assigned as well; these will typically cost $8-12 each and will be used for several months of lessons.
