Students will be introduced to the process of inquiry and the structure of logical statements. Through Socratic discussion students will explore the concepts of discovery vs, invention and how we know what is true.

Unraveling Identity: Exploring the Question: What Makes You You?
Socratic discussion students will explore what makes us who we are. Students will start thinking about how ideas and inventions impact our daily lives and help to shape us into the people we want to be.
 Week 3
Lesson 3
Unlocking Understanding: Figuring Things Out and the Reality of Thoughts
Students will explore what it means to figure things out,  the role of assumptions in our lives, where our thoughts come from and if they are real.
 Week 4
Lesson 4
Decoding Relationships: Exploring Teasing
Students will explore teasing-harmful or harmless, the concepts of fairness, what it means to jump to conclusions, and the role of imagination in exploring logic.

Lesson 5
Boredom Unpacked: Exploring the Relationship Between Thought and Understanding
Students will think about boredom and how it can lead to thinking. Through Socratic Discussion students will the importance of precision in speaking, how this leads to understanding, and what it means to truly understand.

Defining The Purpose Of Education
Students will explore the purpose of education, why do they want an education, and what we mean when we call something good and right. 
 Week 7
Lesson 7
What It Means To Think For Oneself
Students will explore what it means to think oneself. Explore what makes a question a good question, and how our perceptions impact our thinking.
 Week 8
Lesson 8
Mind vs. Brain: Are They The Same Thing?
Students will explore the different concepts of the mind and understand what they think the mind is or is not.
 Week 9
Lesson 9
Cultural Exploration: What Is Culture And Its Role In Being Human
Students will discuss culture, how human culture is or is not different than other animals, how culture impacts our thoughts, and the impact of being inventive on our culture.
 Week 10
Lesson 10
Degrees and Kinds: The Nuances of Thoughts
Students will explore differences of degree and kind in regards to thinking. Develop an understanding of the different styles of thought, and figure out differences between qualities and quantities.
 Week 11
Lesson 11
Exploring the Concepts of Good and Right
Students will explore in depth why we call some things good and right. Students will develop an understanding if good and right are the same thing and why something might be good but not right.
 Week 12
Lesson 12
Navigating Disagreement: Exploring When And How We Should Disagree
Students will explore relationships and disagreements. Students will develop an understanding of how disagreements can be perceived and how to navigate those moments.
