Each week each student will need two pieces of paper. It can be printer paper or art paper, but white or off-white is preferred.

Students will need paint brushes, paint, water, and a cloth or paper towel (to dry their paint brush).

If a student does not have paints or isn't good with paints, I have no objection to colored pencils, crayons, or markers. If the parent is daring, finger paints would also be fine. It is up to the parent to decide their choice of art supplies for their child.

This is meant to be a positive experience, however sadness and anger can be expressed through music.

I may redirect the class if a very sensitive topic arises. If any emotions come up that seem concerning to me, I will certainly treat the student with respect and alert the parents of any concerns I have.
