I have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and taught in a public school for 10 years.  My entire educational career has been in a Reading classroom with Social Studies and Science being taught through the Reading curriculum. My first 5 years I taught 6th grade and my last 5 years were in a 3rd grade classroom.  My classes were taught in small groups with differentiated instruction because of the different skill levels of the students.  I am very passionate about reading for enjoyment and for learning.  When you make reading fun you can create lifelong readers and more important children who love to learn.
