This is a one time live reading tutoring class. The first time I meet with your child, I will complete assessments in word reading inventory, phonological awareness, and a spelling inventory. This tutoring session helps identify what skills are lacking for your child to become a successful reader. We will assess phonological awareness, word spelling, and word reading. These skills are essential for your child to learn to read and write. I follow a science of reading approach using OG and LETRS training. Your child will then begin to learn the skills to fill the gaps and grow confidence in his/her reading.
