Students will learn the ABC song  version that differentiates all letters. 
Students will be able to identify  letter names, upper and lower case.
Students will learn and be able to vocalize letter sounds.
Students will begin writing letters using the basic shapes - lines and circles.  

I hold a BS in Education K-9. I have completed many hours of graduate level work in Early Childhood / Special Education. 
I have been successfully teaching on the Outschool platform since 2019. My Reading classes for young Learners have a 5-star rating. I taught and administered Preschool programs for many years, and taught Early Childhood classes for teachers at the college level for 13 years.

詳細: Suggestions will be made for activities for the students to help them practice and retain the skills covered in class. These are optional and subject to parent participation and time. 
Assessment

詳細: I will informally assess students as we continue each class. New skills will be introduced as earlier skills are mastered. 

This class uses hands on learning, including cardboard cutouts (templates provided to parents) to help with focus. The templates parents will make help children with dyslexia by adding touch and auditory instructions from the teacher.
