In this class, we will focus on Non-Fiction texts. We will review comprehension questions and well as learn tools to use while we are reading to help retain the information read. I have 15 years of teaching experience teaching both in general education classrooms and special education classrooms. I have specifically taught reading to Special Needs students with Down Syndrome in summer school sessions. I have a degree in Special Education with a focus in Sign Language and curriculum development for special needs.
