[NOTE: If you have not watch any or all of Wednesday, don't worry. There will be no spoilers and everything will be explained so everyone can enjoy. Just come and be ready to express you slightly twisted side.]

At Nevermore Academy, we believe that outcasts should be celebrated and embraced. Join us and let your imagination run wild. Whether you want to create the next great horror masterpiece or just have a good laugh, we have something for everyone. We can't wait to see what terrifying creations you come up with.

Our daily dress-up themes will take you on a journey to the macabre. Don the guise of your favorite Nevermore character, or embrace the darkness and come as a monstrous version of yourself. Each day, campers will have the opportunity to tap into their inner monsters and let their imaginations run rampant.

Our artistic work will allow you to delve into the sinister side of creativity. Pick from a wide range of mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media. 

Our final event, The Poe Cup, is a competition for the most artistic and sturdy boat, will be a highlight for the camp. Preparations for this event start Day 1.  Boats can be created out of any materials and definitely need to be artistic, but also functional.  The boat parameters are maximum 12 inches long x maximum 6 inches wide x maximum 3 inches tall (these are exact but about the size). It must stay afloat without any outside help.  

DAILY SCHEDULE

DAY 1 - Welcome to Nevermore Academy -- Dress Theme: Nevermore Student (Fang, Fur, Scale, Stoner, Normie, etc...)
- Team Selection
- Get to know you game (it's a surprise)
- Explanation of the Final Day Boat Challenge "Poe Cup" and a short time to plan, sketch, design, brainstorm etc...
- After camp work - Create a Dark Mask to Wear on Day 2

DAY 2 - Solve an Ancient Nevermore Murder Mystery -- Dress Theme: Mask Day
- Show and tell about Masks that were made
- Learn the story of an ancient murder that took place at Nevermore and was never solved. Read from a journal of a previous students who collecting clues and doing an investigation. See if you can solve the case!
- After camp work - Create a Gothic Self-Portrait

DAY 3 - Creation/Talent Day -- Dress Theme: Extreme Personality Day
- Show and tell about your gothic self portrait and your extreme dress up
- Edgar Allan Poe poem reading, a short biography on Poe and his works, and general discussion
- If you want...share a talent with us. Singing, instrument, art, etc...
- Nevermore Quiz
- After Camp Work - Inspired Poe creation - a poem, a sketch, any art with any media

DAY 4 - Poe Cup -- Dress Theme: Creepy Face Paint Day
- Show off your face paint and tell us about it and tell about your Poe Inspired creation
- Create a delicious, refreshing drink called "Witch's Brew" to sip while campers share their boats
- Escape Room "Wednesday's Revenge: Destroy the Hyde"
- The Poe Cup will be awarded to one worthy team
