Each class starts with a full body warm up including isolations, light cardio, and stretching. Each week students will be introduced to a new technical dance step that will be incorporated into the choreography for that day's class. The warmup will end with an introduction to this step where I break down that move step by step! This class will be highly physical, much like a gym class or other movement based class. Please have an area free of trip/slip hazards and wear closed toe shoes. Parental supervision is highly recommended. Students should take breaks as often as they would like. Especially since it's a FLEX class, please feel free to pause the video, take a break and get a drink of water! Work to your OWN limits and do your best.
