Welcome Musical Fans! Every week in this ongoing class, we will discuss a popular movie musical, ranging from classics to today and everything in-between. Film viewings will take place outside of class time. All films listed will be available for purchase or rental on popular digital platforms such as Amazon or iTunes, or for streaming on popular platforms such as Netflix or Hulu, for purchase on DVD or Blu-Ray, or free checkout at your local library. We will discuss characters and songs...
- Students will learn how to discuss their opinions with others in a productive and positive environment. They will learn how to recognize musical themes while also learning about the larger themes throughout the musical and how those relate to the world around them.
