このクラスで学べること
In this class we will learn about pitch, dynamics, tempo,, and rhythm through movement. We’ll be doing some imagination games as well to get those little minds working. I teach through energetic movements and speech as I keep little ones engaged and learning the entire way through class. Parents are encouraged to help their child whenever necessary. It’s great fun for everyone, and what better way to get up and moving than with games and songs? No experience needed, just bring on the fun! I hope to see you in class soon!

Students will get up and move while learning about the pitch of music (how high or low a sound is) the tempo (how fast a song is), the rhythm (counting out the beats in a song) and dynamics (whether something is loud or soft).

Please provide an open space for the student to move around in. Students are encouraged to wear proper footwear such as sneakers/tennis shoes and have a water bottle nearby.

Hi! My name is Jaella and I’m so excited to meet all of you! I am a classically trained musician with a passion for teaching in a fun and engaging way. I have 3 little boys, so life can get a little crazy sometimes. I’m so glad that I found Outschool not only to teach with but also for my boys to have fun and engaging classes to take.
My philosophy behind teaching is that every student should learn at their own pace and as long as they’ve learned SOMETHING they’re doing great! Kids should be kids, and I allow my students to have fun and participate during class. Do they have a favorite animal? Maybe we can incorporate that into our lessons!
Have an older kiddo? Awesome! I love teaching older kids too!
