I am primarily a Smash Bros player, so I have experience in a different system of platform fighting. I will also be learning Multiversus as this class meets. As a teacher, I have a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and have been teaching kids for more than a decade. On Outschool I have been running Super Smash Bros clubs for two years and have built a bit of a following due to my focus on fun and sportsmanship.
Any student may observe, but in order to participate, learners need a participating video game system*, a copy of Multiversus (which is free to start), an internet connection and the proper subscription that allows them to play online. Multiversus is available for most consoles, though it is not yet available for the Nintendo Switch.
Multiversus is rated T for fantasy violence and in-app purchases. Mature language can be enabled through the game's settings but for this class it will be required to be turned off.
