ミスター・マイクのロブロックスゲームクラブ：サバイバルゲーム

Join me each week as we move through the ages (stone age, bronze age, etc) in a game of survival, skill building, cooperation and social structuring. Can you survive in a medieval world? Find food, build shelter, form kingdoms, and survive!

We will meet once per week and play Roblox: The Survival Game together in my private server. No one has access to this server except for enrolled learners, my 11 year old son, and me. During this class learners are given the opportunity to play independently, work together to build skills, and explore the game we all love in a safe, private and monitored environment.

Learners are welcome to join the group at anytime as the lessons are non-sequential.

While this is first and foremost a social club, the world of Roblox: The Survival Game provides a fun and exciting context for a great deal of learning, skill building, and social growth.

As I say in my bio, I believe learners excel when they are given the freedom to explore their interests and pursue their passions. I also believe that learning should be communal rather than hierarchical. My approach fosters an interactive environment, and I encourage learners to share their thoughts, ideas and perspectives so that we can all learn and grow together. As I see it, a classroom is a community.

I can't wait to meet each new learner and learn as much from them as they will from me!

Important information for parents:
*It is recommended to have a device for the Zoom meeting and a separate device for playing on Roblox: The Survival Game!
**After enrollment, you will receive a message with my Roblox username. Adding me as a friend will allow your child to enter my private server, where our class will take place in a secure environment. Please also share your child's username with me so that I recognize the request.
***Students will have an opportunity to exchange usernames during class.
****Please add the child's name AND Roblox username on Zoom.
