We are going to "Move and Groove" in this beginner Jazz Dance class. Class will begin with an energetic warm up and stretch. Movements include jumping jacks and floor stretches.  Possibly working toward splits and straddles.  Basic jazz technique will be mixed with fun current dance moves.
