Lesson 1
Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindful listening & breathing
Hi Everyone and welcome to my Mindfulness course, week 1! Today we learn about Mindfulness, mindful bodies, mindful listening, mindfulness of breath, and our anchor point. Then we do a guided practice for both of them. Next, we practice different breathing exercises and, use mindful games activity cards. In the end, you share your experience and you will get the practice for the week.
 Week 2
Lesson 2
Kindness practice & Body awareness, body scan
Hi everyone, today we first practice mindfulness for one minute, practice breathing and listening. Then we learn our new lessons, heartfulness, sending kind thoughts to ourselves and others, and body awareness, we practice body scan and use a few mindful breathing practices. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.
 Week 3
Lesson 3
Mindful Breathing and anchor word & Heartfulness; Generosity
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for two minutes. Then we learn our new lessons, mindfulness of breathing, staying at your base, and heartfulness, generosity lesson and do a guided practice for each one. Then we practice hand breathing for a few minutes, and use a special star body scan card, and do some breathing practices in standing posture. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.

Lesson 4
Mindfulness of Thoughts, Mindful Seeing and Mindfulness & your Brain
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for a few minutes. Next, we learn our new lessons. Mindfulness of thoughts, using anchor words to direct our attention back to this moment, Mindful seeing & Mindfulness and the brain. Then we do some breathing exercises in seated or standing posture. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.

Lesson 5
Mindfulness of emotions
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for a few minutes. Next, we learn our new lesson.; Mindfulness of Emotions, and practice with a few emojis to learn the effect of emotions on our bodies better. Then we do some breathing exercises in standing posture. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.

Lesson 6
Practice Gratitude and Savoring, Mindful Eating
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for a few minutes. Next, we learn our new lessons; Gratitude & Savoring, and Mindful Eating and we do a practice for each lesson. Then we do some breathing exercises in seated or standing posture. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.

Lesson 7
Mindful movements, Mindful Walking
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for a few minutes. Next, we learn our new lessons; Mindful Movements & Mindful Walking, and we do a practice for each lesson. Then we do some breathing exercises in seated or standing posture. In the end, you will get the home practice for the week.

Lesson 8
Mindful Test Taking, Emotion Scenario, Ending and Review
Hi everyone, today first we do a guided mindfulness practice for a few minutes. Next, we learn our new lessons; Mindful Test Taking & Emotion Scenario, and we do a practice for each lesson. In the end, we wrap up and do a review of what you learned in these eight weeks, and talk about your future practices.
Why me: 
I am a long time mindfulness practitioner. I practice mindfulness meditation for over 25 years now and as I see how this practice changed my life and the life of my students for better, I have committed myself to pass it on to everyone, especially our kids and teens.
I have been teaching Mindfulness to kids, teens, and adults for over 5 years now and happy to help them understand themselves better and live in the present moment, become more focus and live at peace.
I enjoy sharing my passion through teaching mindfulness techniques to my students; helping them to learn this profound mind training practices, which brings clarity and awareness to their minds.
I truly believe that Mindfulness practices allow for greater concentration, productivity, resiliency, self-management, and sense of happiness.
I teach Mindful School curriculum for kids and teens, according to their age, and I will give them the Journal questions at the end of each session to work on what they have learned for that week. 
For younger kids, K-5, I will send them the workbook for each session by Email.
