このクラスで学べること
The students will learn about a mindfulness meditation breathing technique. The topic covered in this class will be about mindfulness meditation; what it is and how to apply it. The class will begin with each student introducing themselves to me and the class, what is mindfulness, a mindfulness meditation breathing technique, and class discussion. The students will have to opportunity to discuss what they learned from the session. Students are welcome to ask topic appropriate questions as I teach as well. My teaching style is to create a positive learning environment that makes every student feel welcome. The students will need the following for class: an open mind, an open heart, and ready to fill their knowledge bucket.

Mindfulness Meditation includes breathing techniques. If your child should feel that they need to hold their breath for a few seconds more or a few seconds less during the inhale and exhale portion of class, then they need to listen to their body.
