宿題:
週あたり 2-4 時間. Each week learners will receive two to three assignments. The assignments include readings and an activity. Activities include fill-in-the-blank, writing open-response questions, drawing, and many others. Students will also complete three projects during the class. Each project will be centered around one of the topics we are learning about and students will have a variety of choices to choose from that matches their interests. Examples of projects include: making a short film, developing a virtual presentation, writing an essay, create a game, family interview, fashion review, create a pamphlet, and many more.

Feedback will be given on assignments that are turned in. Grade reports and/or certificates given at the parent's request.

Welcome to United States History!  This course is designed specifically for middle school students. This engaging class takes students on a captivating journey through American history, from the start of human history in the Americas to the mid-1850s. Throughout the course, students will gain a deeper understanding of how the United States was shaped by various people, events, and ideas.

The live class will focus on exploring the theme for the week using interactive slides, storytelling, primary sources, and lots of discussions. 

This class will include multiple viewpoints while discussing and learning about historical events and people.

This class is designed to align with a typical 1/2 credit for middle school students.
