It is never too late to learn the iconic moves to Michael Jackson's song "Thriller". No prior dance experience required. All you need is a willingness to learn and a desire to move. Steps will be broken down for easy comprehension and repeated for retention. We will start class with a warm-up to get our bodies moving and muscles ready. Then we will dive right into the choreography. At the end of class we will finish with a cool down and you'll have the video to review and practice with afterwards.

Because this is a movement class, a dance space free and clear of objects is necessary to avoid injuries. For this particular dance, you will need about 3-4 feet of open space in all directions (front, back, left, right). Closed toed shoes with a heel are highly encouraged. Please have water available to drink as needed throughout the class. We will do a warm-up at the beginning of class and a cool down at the end of class to make sure our muscles are stretched and ready to go. Feel free to do additional stretching as needed based on the individual student's personal needs.
