このクラスで学べること
Your learner will meet live in this two day class. Learners will be making 3 recipes, two cookies and 1 filling. Total of 4 variations of gourmet cookies you’d find in a traditional Mexican bakery. I will guide them on measuring out the ingredients needed for the recipes. They will make two cookie recipes in the first live virtual class, and bake one, as the other one needs to be refrigerated. Next live virtual class meeting they will bake the second cookie and while waiting for them to bake, they will make a whipped creamy cream cheese filling, for the second cookie. Once out and cooled they will assemble them. We will go over the Spanish pronunciation of the names of the cookies. Note if minimum learners, is not met class could be rescheduled or canceled.
