During this four day course, students will dive into their favorite fantasy world: a place where MERMAIDS exist!  We will write about the origin of mermaid myths, compound words, comparing and contrasting,  and our own creative short story.  Each day will have a different theme that relates to the magical mermaid world.  

My teaching style leaves students with huge smiles while also learning content in a new and exciting way!  There is no real background knowledge required for this class as it can be modified for any learner in the given age group. Students will receive a special booklet to print for class that will guide them through each day of class.   At the end of our time together, the booklet becomes a wonderful keepsake that students can reflect on after we have already parted ways.
