As a mini lesson, this class contains one lesson and is a great way to preview my self-paced lessons. What will be taught? The basics of the CRAAP Method: Currency, Relevance, Authority, Accuracy, and Purpose. What topics will you cover? A brief overview of each of the five criteria. How to apply the CRAAP Method using a specific example: a web article on a health topic. How is your class structured? A step-by-step explanation of each CRAAP criterion. An example using a health-related web article to demonstrate how the method works. The example provides an imaginary scenario of helping a loved one find reliable information about a health topic.
