In this one time math class, students will get together for a review of a specific math topic(listed below), followed up with playing an online game called Gimkit. This is an online game. The recap of the topic will be around 5-10 minutes and the rest of the time will be for playing games. You MUST have access to either a computer or working cell phone that can connect to this game site in order to have a fun class! Weekly math topics are listed below and will rotate and will be updated as such. During this class, it will be a laid back, fun environment. Children can grab a snack, share hobbies, and can hang out with other children of the same age for some laughter and fun while learning MATH and playing a game online! Topics of classes for the week are the following: May 2024: Multiplication-single digit Multiplication-double digit Division-single digit Division-double digit Fractions- adding fractions with unlike denominators June: Fractions-subtracting fractions with unlike denominators Fractions-division Fractions-multiplication Fractions-ALL types July: Word problems Absolute Value Order of Operations Decimal multiplication ***TOPICS THEN REPEAT*** Please email me with any questions!!

I have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Mild Intervention. I am a certified teacher, grades k-6. I am a former k-9 math teacher, k-6 elementary teacher, as well as a remediation teacher for k-6.
