Students will learn how to structure four essays.
Students will understand how to develop a thesis statement.
Students will learn how to implement outlines and graphic organizers to assist with their writing process.
Student will practice structuring paragraphs (topic sentence, main idea, and thesis statements).
Student will select a word or phrase to define.
Student will include their outline (point-by-point or subject-by-subject).
Student will learn the persuasive elements: pathos, ethos, logos.
Student will select a piece of literature to analyze.
