This ongoing class will focus on the skills of using algebra and equations. Learners will learn how to convert information into relationships and patterns of numbers, solving algebraic equations and apply the skills to word problems. Course materials are based on Singapore Math standard. This approach encourages advanced (higher-order) thinking process, communication of mathematical ideas and problem solving.
