In this 4 week camp, I will teach your learner to solve all orders of operations for fractions and how to reduce them. During the first week, I will teach them a simple and easy way to add and subtract fractions with uncommon denominators. During the second week, I will show them an easy way to divide fractions. In the third week of class, I will teach them how to reduce their fractions. The last week of class will be used to learn how to multiply fractions and then will be used to put all of the new learned skills together and practice. I will use my iPad and screen sharing for everything that we work on during class. This is a great way for all students to conveniently see exactly what we are working on. I will begin each session with examples of how to complete each problem. Then, each student will answer an assortment of questions to learn the topic. Next, students are welcomed to try the concept on their own before everyone comes together to work through the problem as a class. The pace of class will be based on your learner's needs. Students are encouraged to have a basic understanding of fractions prior and are required to bring paper and a pencil.

My teaching style is very relaxed. I like to not only complete our academics but also get to know your learner and create a lifelong positive learning experience. I encourage students to interact with any thoughts, questions, and/or ideas they have during the class discussion.
