I love sharing the joy of reading with learners and am excited to help boost your child's confidence with sight words! I have a Master's Degree in Reading and have spent many years teaching in the classroom and an elementary school library. Developing reading skills is crucial for your child as he/she continues on their learning journey. Sight words are a great way to help cultivate your child's reading confidence!
 I believe in making learning fun and engaging, allowing students to feel connected to their learning. Reaching all learners is one of my areas of expertise as I love to vary instruction with books, songs, or other props to meet various learning styles. In this class, I'll share out some book ideas after class that are a great way to continue your child's practice with sight words. To me, blending together your child's interests with learning topics is the best way to put them in the driver's seat for learning! Additionally, I am known for creating a safe and risk-free learning environment so all learners feel comfortable in sharing and participating.
