This dungeons and dragons summer camp will take on the daunting task of creating and running a campaign. We will focus on learning life skills and strategies to help in the creative process. Both creating and hosting a campaign is no easy task and I hope to share some of my insights in the process, learned from running many campaigns over the years. All of these are suggested but not required. Students should have some way of drawing and writing. This could be digital or pen and paper. Here are some supplies that might be helpful (optional): -Graph paper, pen and pencil. -A copy of the D&D 5th Edition Players Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and/or Monster Manual. -Physical or digital dice: D20, D12, D8, D6, D4.

There will likely be references to fantasy violence in the context of adventuring and storytelling. Additionally, if we need to reference any rules during our discussion and campaign creation, I may refer to dnd.wizards.com or D&D Beyond. Wizards of the Coast has made sections of the rules free and publicly available on both websites.
