This is part 2 in my a my Coffee Shop Creations drinks Series. You do NOT have to take the classes in order! Do you love frappes?!? I know I do! Join me as we become baristas to create a copycat version of the Strawberries and Cream Frappe, as well as the Vanilla Bean Frappe! During this 30 minute class, students will learn how to create frappes, as well as learn how to modify them for their own tastes or for allergy considerations. -1 cup milk (or milk alternative) -1 1/2 cups ice -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -1 TBL sugar -1 cup Vanilla ice cream (vanilla bean is preferred, but any vanilla works) -2 strawberries (frozen is fine) -2 TBS strawberry syrup (OR just add a couple more strawberries if you don't have this...it does help sweeten it, though) -Whipped cream -2 cups & straws -Blender
