This course is for students who need help, but can't quite do the one on one tutoring that I offer. However, I still try to keep the enrollment numbers low so I can focus on your student and their needs in a timely manner. This is an ongoing course where students can enroll in the weeks that they need extra support. We will do homework lessons, and support where needed (i.e. multiplication, division, fractions, etc.) This is 100% learner directed every week as it will be different each week...
I want students to be proficient in math. With me they will not only learn concepts, but also how to "think" math. So many times students struggle to memorize multiplication tables and facts because they aren't taught how to look for the patterns that are there. I will teach them the patterns that are in each of the math concepts so that way they can finally have a road map to memorization and mastery.
