✅ What to expect....

“ The virtual birthday party experience I provide to families is very similar to the experience I offer in my 5 star rated story time, socialization and dance party classes, but with a elevated level of personal attention for the birthday child and additional elements added to the party from a few of “Miss Anna’s” ( my ) most popular classes! 

In addition I offer the birthday kiddo’s family a line of open communication with unlimited email / message correspondence during the entire planning stages leading up to the party.

As a true event host, I allow parents to enter the party room 10 minutes early and remain 5 minutes past the party time in order to allow the “ party hosts” a chance to formally greet and say farewell to their guests!

I also offer families the freedom to swap out party guests at anytime before the party begins to try and fill all the virtual seats for the party event if a child backs out last minute.

What can be customized....

As a professional party creator and host, I have carefully created pre-selected music and games for each party package to compliment the birthday theme for families convenience.

 I am happy to customize the party by adding one or two of your child’s favorite songs to the dance party if they would like, at no extra cost.

- Virtual Goodie Bags posted in the virtual party headquarters  (classroom) including coloring sheets and assorted games or activities for the kiddos to enjoy after the party! Each virtual goodie bag is customized to your child’s party theme. 😀

✅ When is Miss Anna available for private party bookings?....

There is a wide selection of days and times available including times to accommodate the North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Please feel free to contact Miss Anna directly with your time and date requests or choose one of the dates and times she has listed available already.

✅ How many kids can attend this private party package?
 
There is a required minimum of guests to book a private party with Miss Anna.
Each booking will require a minimum payment for 8 children to reserve a private party booking with Miss Anna.

The party package is meant to accommodate an absolute max of 17 guests plus one birthday kiddo for a total of 18 kids. 

The family booking the party is expected to pay per child (guest) that attends and appears on screen to participate.

Each family booking a party may choose how many guests they would like to invite. 
Families will be responsible for sending out invitations to their guests at their convenience. Miss Anna will provide a simple template to include in the invitations to help explain how to attend the virtual party.

*All families who engage Miss Anna’s services for a birthday party package will be provided with a professional party host experience, where Miss Anna handles everything once the party actually begins so the family can sit back and enjoy the fun with their child.

*Please note, all families booking a party will be asked to guarantee payment for at least 8 children, even if the attendance is lower.

✅ Although the age states 3 - 10 above, that only refers to the birthday child.  Your child’s party guests can be any age between 3 - 16 if they want to attend the party. 

✅ Miss Anna can accommodate the birthday child and up to 17 guests on individual screens since that is the max Outschool allows in a zoom room.
However, if you plan to have multiple party guests that plan to share the same screen ( siblings) , please feel free to let Miss Anna know and she may be able to accommodate up to 20 guests.

* Each child that attends the party (including younger or older siblings ages 3 - 16) will need to be a paid party guest just as they would be in a traditional party environment. 

* All families who engage Miss Anna’s services for a birthday party package will be asked to guarantee payment for at least 10 children even if the attendance is lower.  

 ✅ *Payment for the party is due at booking and fully refundable Up To One Week before the party begins. 
However the party can be moved to a new date if the family needs to move the date less than a week of the parties original date One Time at no extra cost.
If it needs to be moved ( rescheduled ) more than once, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
